From our farms in Victoria, South Australia, our lambs are reared in wide-open spaces, benefitting from fresh air and a diet designed to help them mature slowly. We control every aspect of the supply chain, from the feed our animals are given to the vacuum packing of their meat – all to ensure you get fresh, safe, premium quality lamb.
