Elders Fine Foods aim to provide you with the best quality and service possible. We use our own refrigerated truck to deliver your order. All chilled products are securely packed in our chilled boxes. We also offer a professional freezing service if desired, at no extra charge, to ensure your meat arrives in the best possible condition.

Delivery is charged at the following rates:

• FREE delivery all areas of China.
• Minimum order for shanghai 300RMB. For other areas of China, Minimum order 1000RMB .
• For Shanghai customers, we need 1 day for preparation.
• For customers outside of Shanghai, we need 2-3 days for preparation.
• For chilled fresh seafood products, please make your order on Tuesday or Fridays for delivery to your door exactly one week later.

Vacuum packing
We use professional vacuum packing machines to extract all the air from your packs of meat.

Vacuum packing is preferred by top chefs because:

• It's the natural way to keep your meat fresher, for longer
• It prevents juices from escaping so it keeps your meat succulent
• Vacuum packed products take up very little room in your fridge or freezer
• Our special packaging helps to protect your meat from knocks and freezer burn
• The packs are clean and easy to handle
• Our heavy grade vacuum packs are suitable for home freezing and thawing.
