HOW TO BUY

1. Find the items you wish to buy
You can do this by browsing through the categories such as beef, lamb, veal etc on the left hand side of each page, or by entering a word, or phrase, in the Search box at the top right of each page.

2. Add them to your basket
Your shopping cart is where you store all the items you'd like to buy. Add an item to your basket by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button on the product description. You can always see how many items are in your cart and the total cost of these items on the right hand side of each page.

3. Checkout
When you've added all the items you want to your cart, click the 'View Cart' button. This will take you to an order summary page where you can add or delete products, or continue your shopping. Once complete your shopping click 'Checkout'.

4. Register or Sign In or BUY NOW
If you are a new customer, welcome! To enjoy your wonderful Elders Fine Foods meat you'll need to register by entering your email address and contact details. If you are a returning customer, simply login with your email address and password. OR you click the “BUY NOW” button to skip the register/sign in steps and continue the shopping.

5. Delivery instructions
Confirm that you would like the order delivered to your home address, or you can enter a recipient's delivery address such as a workplace or friend address and then tell us a convenient date for the delivery of your order. You can also add other information into “special request column”, such as instructions on finding an address, or you can tell us if the order is a gift. We deliver all day from Monday to Saturday .
Please note: When you place your order it is essential that you specify necessary instructions for the courier. Should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box, such as a patio or garage.

6. Confirming Your Order
Once you submit your order, an instant acknowledgment page will be returned that includes your total charges and your order number. Please print the acknowledgment page for your records.


7. Payment Details
Click on the “Pay Online Button”, and enter your payment details. International / China Credit Cards are welcomed as the simplest method of payment.

8. Process Your Order
This is the final stage, beyond which you cannot cancel or amend your order. Check that all of your details are correct and then click ‘Process Order'.
